1.Ocean FCL Service
Rates setup according to cargo with weight and dimensions received, any variation must be re-quoted. Rate subject to availability of space and / or equipment by the shipping line. Rate subject to VATOS surcharges at the time of boarding. Rate is valid only for stackable cargo only and Freight all Kind – NO Imo. Loading / unloading on behalf of the shipper / cnee. Customs agent process could be quote case by case net value as reimbursement by the customer.
According to actual market, ports and weather situation interruptions or delays could happen in ocean transportation. The customer accepts that due to the agreed delivery dates may be missed and unforeseen additional charges may occur. Dynamo will do everything possible to avoid or minimize any interruptions. The client is obliged to cover the necessary additional charges. Any liability of the carrier for delays is excluded.
Additional cranes, lifting beams or other special lifting equipment that are not available on board the ship will be the responsibility of the customer.
The cargo must be provided with suitable lifting links or other suitable means of lifting and center of gravity that are clearly indicated; Sufficient mooring points to ensure positioning and lashing in the ship.
Boarding subject to boarding approval from the port authority or ship captain.
Port surcharges at destination not included, if quoted are based on the moment of the quote and could vary.
For empty availability, if it´s on Dynamos scope; terminal change for pickup or delivery of empty could happened and be on shippers/consignee/customer charge in case of change according to scope. This will be advice by Dynamo and inform any surcharge.
Dynamo and its partners will not be held responsible for any demurrage, per diem, storage, or additional in case shipper or custom agent incur on them charges incurred due to; incorrect or missing paperwork by shipper or custom agent. Consignee delays, import clearance penalties or delays, or any other charge incurred by outside parties. 5 days of demurrage free time are our base quotes for std equipment. We could add additional free days which should be requested and quote if necessary. Special equipment including OT should be inform in each quote.
Export declaration should be quoting case/case.
Transit times are in all case estimated all going well (agw), without guarantee (wog) and weather permit (wp).
Charterers shall be responsible to provide the Owner, prior to loading of the cargo, mandatory container weight verification in accordance with SOLAS Verified Gross Mass (VGM) requirements. Should a container arrive alongside, the without VGM at responsibility and expense of the Charterers or reject loading the container without any liability to Owner. In addition, Charterers shall pay detention in the amount contractually agreed as day rate for any delay and any other costs whatsoever related to Charterers’ failure to timely provide VGM. For storage our quotes do not include free storage at POL/POD if it occurs will be setup up and inform when it happens.

2.Ocean LCL Service
Rates are based on PL cargo with weight and dimensions indicated, any variation must be re-quoted. Rate subject to availability of space and equipment by the shipping /NVOCC company. Rate subject to VATOS surcharges at the time of boarding. Rate is valid only for stackable cargo only and General Cargo – No IMO. Any package with length more than 3mt or 118 inch should be quote case by case. In case of width/height more than 2.1 mt or 82 inch, it´s recommended to quote on FCL basis or ask to quote case by case. Loading / unloading on behalf of the shipper / cnee. Export declaration should be quoting case/case.

For the inland option Cargoes with the same weight or higher than the volume, an additional surcharge to be applied to the tariff. This surcharge should be defined case by case. Rates quoted for inland option to be applied only for consolidated trucks. Rates valid up to 15 CBM, higher volume charges quote case by case. Any additional surcharge because of weight restrictions will be for 8-ton usd 8 w/m // more than 10 ton: review case by case. Transit times presented are estimates, NOT guaranteed. Loads from Germany consider 1tons = 2 cbm. For storage our quotes do not include free storage at AOD/POL/AOL/POD if it occurs will be setup up and inform when it happens

3.Breakbulk RoRo Service
Freight if it´s not indicate different should be consider Liner terms hook / hook, All rates are in US Dollars, All surcharges are considered valid at time of shipment (VATOS), Freight fully prepaid on signing but before releasing bills of lading into carrier’s nominated bank account and deemed earned as cargo is being loaded onboard, Nominated vessel to be max 25 year or less, Additional war risk insurance premium, if any, to be for merchant’s account UK dock/conservancy dues and cargo tolls to be for Merchant’s account. Any cargo with unit cubage of more than 1000 cbm not to be calculated per rate sheet. Once shipping schedule is known, individual rate assessment can be provided. Cargo if not indicated different should be considered Shipment as part cargo, Shipment on/under deck in Carrier’s option, shipment on deck to be at Merchant’s risk/expense and Bills of Lading to be clause accordingly. Cargo deemed to be seaworthy, prepared and fitted with suitable lifting/slinging points and, suitable and sufficient lashing points and of known COG, all of which to be clearly marked and/or otherwise identified. Cargo to be fully stackable (otherwise min 4.5-meter height to be used for calculating rvt). Max unitary weight 100 tons and 12m length, extremely oversized units might require deck option. If there are containers, all containers fully stackable and within gauge, all out of gauge equipment to be rated on W/M basis.
Any special required spreaders, lifting beams or other lifting equipment not available on board the vessel to be supplied by the Merchant. Cargo to be fitted with suitable lifting lugs or adequate means of lifting and CoG to be clearly indicated. Any compulsory and/or necessary stevedoring to be supplied by Merchants at their risk and expense.
Lashing / securing / dunnage as per IMO regulation. Any additional sea-fastening / grillage / cradles requested by Merchants and/or their warranty surveyor to be at Merchant’s time and expense.
Hazardous cargo subject to complete IMO regulations and carrier’s approval.
Detention if not specify should be: USD 30500 – per day pro rata (pdpr) for vessels up to 5500 DWAT, USD 35000,- pdpr for
vessels 5500-10000 DWAT, USD 40500,- pdpr for vessels larger than 10000 DWAT or any vessel size geared minimum 2 x 250 mt, USD 45000,- pdpr for any vessel size geared minimum 2 x 400 mt.
BAF in the case not indicated, rate is based on present bunker prices table, – pmt for VLSFO. Should the bunker price increase above this price, the freight to be revised with USD 1 added for every USD 5 increase in bunker prices. Platt’s bunker index of the lane used on the first day of loading to be used to determine bunker prices. Inducement value in the case not indicated for additional port call should be consider: USD105,000 The rates given as minimum inducement for a second port call in route are provided only as a rough estimate and will depend on the final deviation and costs at the additional port. Same to be checked/revised on a case-by-case basis. Rates are given on a FIOS LSD basis / 12hrs free.
Bills of Lading in the case does not indicate consider Carriers Voy BL to apply, incorporating all terms and conditions of the CP and to be issued in compliance with Mate’s receipt. BL fee of USD 95,- per Bill of Lading to apply.
Freight Tax in the case does not indicate, are not considered in the rates. any taxes / dues / duties calculated on cargo and/or freight including dock dues, wharfage’s, t.h.c. and other terminal charges as well as other possible extra charges in ports / canals / waterways calculated on cargo or because of the cargo being on board the vessel to be for Merchant’s account.
Method Statement if it´s not quoted and is need consider, USD 5.000,- LPSM per Method Statement Revision 00. Any subsequent revisions required by Merchants: USD 500,- LPSM per revision. Cost for stowage plan, lifting plan, sea-fastening plan requirement included should be confirm by Dynamo that is included in freight.
For storage our quotes do not include free storage at AOD/POL/AOL/POD if it occurs will be setup up and inform when it happens. In the case not mentioned for POL US Gulf consider USD 0.5 x w/m x day the first 6 days and from 7th day forward consider USD3.2 x w/m. For any other POL should be quote at the moment of the need.

4.Air Freight Service
Rates are offered according to cargo with weight and dimensions indicated in PL, any variation must be re-quoted.
Rate subject to availability of flight.
Rate subject to VATOS surcharges at the time of boarding.
Rate is valid only for stackable cargo only y general cargo – No Imo.

Loading / unloading if it’s not indicate should be on behalf of the shipper / cnee as the case may be.
Review cargo by agent customs trespassing at cost.
The rate/space are indicated by airlines at this time point only, which keep changing at any time without pre-notice, the rate would be likely to change when the booking is physically placed with airlines and even afterwards until cargo finally uplifted, so no rates/spaces could be fixed and held by airlines for the time being.
Most of airlines now set a booking window as 5 days in advance approx. and also officially announce most of the cargo would not be moved as booked, a general transit slowdown is expected, and airlines would not take responsibility for any delays
Due to the actual market situation of airports and airlines services, they could generate interruptions or delays in transportation. The customer is aware that due to the pandemic situation agreed delivery dates may be missed and unforeseen additional charges may occur. Dynamo will do everything possible to avoid or minimize any interruptions. The client is obliged to cover the necessary additional charges. Any liability of the carrier for delays resulting on service not related to carrier is excluded. All transit times are estimates and depend on the airline and intermediate airports.

5.Transportation Trucking Disclaimers
Unless mentioned all rates are based on live unloading/loading only, rates are base on proper packing.
Each local transportation service drayage, transfer, pickups or deliveries to site locations, ports or airports, are subject to conditions for each country regulation. Unless mentioned rates are based on legal weight only.
Free Waiting times should be clarified in each proposal if not for FCL / LCL / Air service for cargo general with no OOG, not stackable or MSDS conditions should be consider 1 hour of waiting time for loading and unloading. Loading and unloading on trucks are on shipper/ consignee. Surcharges after free time for each type of truck service should be clarify by Dynamo at the moment of the service, if not clarify should be considered as USD 150 x flat bed x hour and 10% of rate for special truck equipment.
For oversize, OOG, stackable, MSDS trucking service should be quote by each PL and conditions will be quote as requested according to cargo dimensions.
For this type of service details of cargo as Diagrams, CoG, lifting points, etc should be received previously to any quote of service. In the case route study needed for a service the quote should details that condition, if not customer should request for it and wait Dynamo quotation.
All transportation truck service should be advice at least 48 hours before service need and is subject to availability.
For special transportation as low boy, step decks, goose neck. modulars or similar service should be first validated with Dynamo vendor for availability and all service conditions ex. Insurances, route studies, etc

6.General Services Disclaimers
Epidemic Clause: Should it appear that epidemics, quarantine, in loading or discharging would prevent the vessel/Airline/Truck from leaving the port/airport/facility of loading or reaching or entering the port/airport/facility of charge/discharge or there charging/discharging in the usual manner and departing there from, all of which safely and without unreasonable delay, the Master may discharge the cargo at the port/airport/facility of loading/unloading at any other safe and convenient port/airport/facility. The discharge, under the provisions of this clause, of any cargo shall be deemed due fulfillment of the contract of carriage. If in connection with the exercise of any liberty under this clause any extra expenses are incurred, they shall be paid by the Merchant in addition to the freight, together with return freight, if any, and a reasonable compensation for any extra services rendered to the cargo. Any time, including waiting time thereby lost, including time to quarantine the vessel/Aircraft/truck and her crew in any port/Airport/facility whatsoever even after discharge of the cargo, shall be for the account of the Merchant calculated at the detention/demurrage rate.
Black Sea Trading Clause: Notwithstanding any other provision of this contract should the Owner/Carrier (as the case may be) in its sole unrestricted discretion determine that the performance of any aspect of the contract would expose the Owner/Carrier, the vessel itself, Owner/Carrier’s personnel or vessel crew or any cargo on board to:
(i) any risk whatsoever of war, warlike operations or similar, civil hostilities or commotion, piracy, fines or penalties, sanctions or trade restrictions of any kind, embargoes, unlawful interference, confiscation, blockade, riots, seizure, damage or delay; or
(ii) in the case of any person to any risk whatsoever of loss of life, injury or any kind of detention, fines, sanction or penalty; or
(iii) any increased risks arising from or connected in any way to the intended trade to the Black Sea,
then in each case the Master may refuse to load the cargo or, if cargo has already been loaded, return and discharge the cargo at port of loading or any other safe and convenient port whereupon any responsibility Owner/Carrier has for the cargo will cease and the Owner/Carrier shall be discharged from all obligations under the contract (i.e. the Charterparty and corresponding Bills of Lading) in each case without any further liability whatsoever and howsoever arising on their part. The Owner/Carrier to be compensated for pro rata freight and demurrage or hire (as applicable) up to such refusal to load the cargo or discharge of the cargo (as applicable) and shall be compensated for any additional cost or expense incurred. Any additional Suez Canal charges calculated on the cargo or because of the cargo being on board to be on charterers account.
Panama Canal Sea Trading Clause: according to the actual market situation Notwithstanding any other provision of this contract should the Owner/Carrier (as the case may be) in its sole unrestricted discretion determine that they should wait to go through the Panama canal then in each case the Master may refuse to load the cargo or, if cargo has already been loaded, return and discharge the cargo at port of loading or any other safe and convenient port whereupon any responsibility Owner/Carrier has for the cargo will cease and the Owner/Carrier shall be discharged from all obligations under the contract (i.e. the Charterparty and corresponding Bills of Lading) in each case without any further liability whatsoever and howsoever arising on their part. The Owner/Carrier to be compensated for pro rata freight and demurrage or hire (as applicable) up to such refusal to load the cargo or discharge of the cargo (as applicable) and shall be compensated for any additional cost or expense incurred. The Charterer shall be liable for any dues, duties, taxes and charges that under any denomination may be levied, inter alia, on the basis of freight, weight or measurement of cargo or tonnage or classification of the vessel including all Suez or Panama Canal charges.

All Destination Charges are Collect – For Account of CNEE.
Shipper is responsible for providing all required commercial documents prior to deadlines. Any penalties, fines, or additional charges that result from a failure to do so will be for the account of the cargo.
Unless otherwise noted, all quotes are valid for 15 days.
Insurance: In addition to the above where insurance coverage is not available on terms acceptable to Owner/Carrier from their usual insurers and/or Owner/Carrier’s insurers do not approve the contract or withdraw cover then the Owner/Carrier may terminate the contract with no liability and discharge any cargo already loaded as set out above. All our quotes as Dynamo does not include insurance conditions, charterer should be in charge of the insurance policy and include Dynamo as part of the coverage. If Dynamo is not included in the insurance policy of the merchant Dynamo should quote and surcharge to the merchant without approval need.

Unless mentioned rates excludes Import Customs Formalities
Extra Insurance premiums: Any extra insurance premiums (e.g. breaking INL, war risk, incl. GOA transit insurance etc.) incurring during port calls or during the entire passage from the loading to the discharging port to be for Charterer’s account. Security Guards: Extra security guards, if any, to be on charterers account
General: All otherwise details as per Dynamo´s Booking Note
