The Purchase Order Closing system, within our TcO, allows our clients to obtain the real costs assigned to each item or partial item based on the corresponding freight portion (Weight/Volume) in each import process. This information goes from the FOB values ​​to the final “Landed Cost” at destination for each item and sub-item of the purchase order, even if it has been shipped in partials.

In addition, it allows the review of the documents corresponding to each item and shipment, as well as access to them. In this way, the client can access the BL/AWB, customs documents, packing list, invoices, etcetera.

DYNAMO’s purchase order closing process gives the client peace of mind in what we call the “Virtuous Logistic Equation”, as a product of the methodology used.
