TECHNOLOGY

Our philosophy is to improve the experience of our customers through our technology and human contact. Our technology is modern, secure, scalable and 100% customizable technological platform, which differentiates us from the competition.

Customization is achieved through our proprietary system (TcO) fully designed and developed by our software factory. This allows us to have a modern, agile and flexible system, meeting the demand for information and integration with various platforms, including SAP.

At DYNAMO WELTWEIT LOGISTIK S.A., we have various software solutions integrated with each other, which support and manage all the processes of the logistics services we offer. These include authorization (organize shipments or permission to mobilize SCN loads) purchasing, commercial, operational (monitoring of purchase orders, warehouse, transport and shipment, reportability according to customer requirements), administrative and financial procedures, in addition to the Alert System by email and WhatsApp (milestones in the chain or “checkpoints”). We want this tool to help us make the best decisions by connecting customer data and their supply chain, with the intention of continually improving our value proposition.

PLANNING

ONLINE TRACKING & ALERT SYSTEM

Our systems are continuously fed by our team, by the information received from our clients’ applications through B2B interfaces or logistics partner involved in the operations we carry out, thus ensuring that our clients have centralized and updated information on the status and location of your load. You will be able to view the status by item line of the PO, as well as perform the traceability of the vessels until the arrival to Port of Destination.

You will have the option of viewing, in addition to the documentation of the shipment (commercial invoice, packing list, AWB/BL, among others), the packing supervision reports, photos and videos associated with each partial PO.

In addition to having a complete web tracking management system, we have equipped our technological platform with the necessary functionality to automatically notify the Client, of tracking or checkpoints of interest. Checkpoints are fully customizable. We make sure to deliver the information they require at any time of the day without the need to request it. REPORTABILITY AND KPI’S (BI)

Our system has the ability to generate reports and customized reports according to the requirements of our clients. These, reports, may be generated on demand or scheduled on a recurring basis.

CLOSING OF PURCHASE ORDERS

The Purchase Order Closing system, within our TcO, will allow the W1 Mineral Project to obtain the real costs assigned to each item or partial item based on the portion of the freight that corresponds to it (Weight/Volume) in each process of import. This information ranges from the FOB values to the final “Landed Cost” at destination (r each item on the purchase order, even if it has been shipped in partials). In addition, it allows the review of the documents corresponding to each item and shipment providing access to them. In this way, the Client can access the BL/AWB, Customs Documents, Packing List, Invoices, among others.
